How would a Stone Age ape (man) have survived? Did he ever catch a cold? Did he have wheezing problem? Had he been diagnosed with chicken pox? Did he have unsafe sex with another ape? Or was there any alternative for a condom at that period? Were there any vegetarians at that point of time? Who knows? But he stayed healthy! Are we quite sure about that too? NO. Staying healthy had never been on the agenda of a Stone Age man. His option was less.

Or to be precise, he had only one option. To survive. Survival became vital. He never wanted to show off his six-pack abs to his girl. But he still stayed fit. Archeologists proved that. If a guy’s skull and bones are to be found without much damage till date, he must be one hell of a healthy ape. Almost all apes were healthy. Why? The answer is food. Do you know that you can eat French fries daily and still can survive till the age of 70 or 80 without any cardiac related diseases? That’s true only when you love your body. You need to love to stay healthy.

Exercise is the keyword to all healthy apes. Not that they did push ups and abdominal crunches and jogging. But they integrated the exercises into their daily agenda (Hunting…the only one). They ran; they bent themselves; they worked for shelter and food. So the keyword to stay fit or healthy is to work. Keep yourself active. Lessen your sleep. Eat variety of food,  Drink water,  Stay away from alcohol and cigarette. Perhaps you could stay some 10 years more than you would have planed to stay here.
